Frequently asked questions
Does Postloop post on its own?
No. A post goes to TikTok only when you save it as scheduled or press Publish. For each post you choose whether to publish it directly or send it to your TikTok inbox as a draft to finish in the TikTok app. Postloop never likes, follows or comments on your behalf.
What can Postloop access on my TikTok account?
Only what the permissions above cover: your basic profile, profile and stats, your public videos and their metrics, and permission to publish posts you create. It never sees your password.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel before it ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you won't be charged again.
How do I remove Postloop's access to TikTok?
Disconnect the account in Postloop (Accounts, Settings, Disconnect account) or remove access in TikTok under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services. Data for a disconnected account is deleted within 30 days.
Who can see my posts?
For each post you choose who can watch it from the options TikTok offers for your account (for example Everyone, Friends, Followers or Only me). You also set comment, Duet and Stitch permissions.
Can I mark promotional content?
Yes. The composer has a commercial content disclosure. Choose Your own brand or Branded content (paid partnership), and Postloop tells TikTok so the post is labeled correctly.
Is Postloop affiliated with TikTok?
No. Postloop is an independent tool that uses TikTok's official APIs.
