Terms of Service
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of Postloop ("Postloop"), a panel for preparing, scheduling, publishing and analyzing TikTok content. Operator: Ali Balcı. By creating an account, connecting a TikTok account or otherwise using Postloop, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Postloop lets you write and store drafts, schedule posts, publish photos and videos to the TikTok accounts you connect, and view analytics for those accounts. Postloop uses TikTok Login Kit, the Content Posting API and the Display API. Features may change over time.
2. Your account and TikTok accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and must not share your login details with others.
- Keep your login details and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account, including actions taken through API keys or AI assistants you connect.
- You may connect only TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting an account authorizes Postloop to read the data described in the Privacy Policy and to publish content, only on your instruction and until you disconnect it.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give Postloop a limited license to store, process and send that content to TikTok, solely to provide the service.
- You are responsible for your content, including music, images and people's likenesses, and for having the rights to publish it.
- Content that is AI-generated or significantly altered by AI must be labeled as AI-generated on TikTok. Postloop provides a setting for this label; you are responsible for using it correctly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and developer policies. You may not use Postloop to:
- publish content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, misleading, infringing, or that endangers minors;
- send spam, run coordinated inauthentic behavior, buy or sell engagement, or get around TikTok's posting limits or moderation;
- impersonate others or misrepresent sponsored content (paid partnerships and branded content must be disclosed);
- try to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service without permission, or reverse engineer it.
We may suspend or remove content or access that breaks these rules, or that TikTok asks us to remove.
5. Third-party services
Postloop depends on TikTok. TikTok controls its own platform, APIs, content moderation and rate limits. We are not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions on TikTok, or for TikTok's decisions about your account or content. Postloop is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
6. Plans and payment
Postloop may offer free trials and paid plans. Prices, limits and billing terms are shown before you subscribe. Paid plans renew until canceled; you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. We may change prices with advance notice.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Postloop available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every scheduled post will be published. Posts can fail, for example because of TikTok limits or expired authorization. Check post statuses in the panel. We may change or remove features and will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
8. Termination
You can stop using Postloop at any time, disconnect your accounts and request deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or when required by law or by TikTok.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Postloop is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, followers or reach, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you have not paid anything.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use Postloop after an update means you accept the terms. Questions: [email protected].
